Can I customize my GO-BAG to fit my next adventure?

Can I ship GO-BAGS to anywhere in the World?


Without a doubt. Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion we recommend using a currency converter. Any import duties, taxes, or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any USPS store for pick up.




Can I return a GO-BAG?


Level Up Lifestyle will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of any damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original purchase. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging and postmarked. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.




If I have food allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances can I still order a GO-BAGS?


Absolutely. Be specific in your request and I will cater to you.
